Context:

In a world that is getting more and more digitalized, paper,scanners and printers' sellers are having a tough time realizing a good turnover by being eclipsed by e-mails and electronic devices. But we all still need paper in our daily life for banking contracts or to sign a lease, to get a diploma, etc... We analyzed the causes of the problems and found out that the main deficit comes from the fixed costs and especially inventory costs of the printers, scanners and rames of paper. And there we saw an opportunity for optimization and thought about DUNDER SIFFLIN the app that will help every distributor optimize his inventory costs by analizing the previous orders.

To make this app, we are using firebase to create a realtime database that has all the orders stored, it being papers, printers or scanners. So we have first the consumers' table that contains their identities, adresse and contact, his company's name and an identification number. Then the product's table which contains information about the type of product, how many units etc. An order table which makes us link both tables, costumers and products. This database will make it easier for the distributors to analyze how many units approximatively they will need in a month and will let them have a good approximation of how much they would have to have in the inventory. This would nearly completely erase costs due to the fact that the company finds itself short of units in the inventory or in the countrary with much more units than the capacity of the inventory.
